Scope and acceptance

These Website Terms of Use apply when you browse fireintel.net, submit a walkthrough request, or use the public domain exposure check. They were last updated on August 9, 2026.

Authenticated FireIntel services, the plans portal, paid subscriptions, trials, APIs, and enterprise deployments may have separate commercial or product terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these public-site terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.

Authorized domain checks only

Use the public exposure check only for a domain you own, control, or are explicitly authorized to assess. Do not use it to target an individual, investigate an unrelated organization, facilitate credential abuse, or disclose security-related output without authority.

The authorization confirmation is a user statement, not technical ownership verification. You remain responsible for having permission and for handling any resulting security context appropriately.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, automate bulk collection, scrape the site at disruptive volume, exploit a vulnerability, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or harmful material.

Do not send passwords, raw credential collections, unnecessary personal data, or sensitive incident evidence through the walkthrough form or initial security-report email. Use the responsible-reporting path before sending sensitive proof.

  • No credential abuse, unauthorized targeting, or disclosure.
  • No bulk automation, control bypass, or service disruption.
  • No destructive or privacy-invasive security testing.

External-intelligence result limitations

Public results and website content may rely on external observations, historical records, inferred relationships, or third-party context. They can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or wrong and should not be treated as proof by themselves.

Validate important findings against source context and your own authorized systems before making a security, employment, vendor, legal, or disclosure decision. The public site does not promise uninterrupted availability or complete, current, or error-free output.

Linked services and intellectual property

Links to XTI, the Log Platform, the public feed, the plans portal, or another service can lead to a separate surface with its own access rules and terms. A link does not broaden your authorization to use data from that service.

FireIntel names, interface elements, written content, and visual materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may reference public pages for legitimate evaluation or discussion, but may not misrepresent, resell, or reproduce the site as your own service.

Changes and contact

FireIntel may update the public website or these terms as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the current published version.

Questions about these terms or responsible use can be sent to support@fireintel.net. Potential security issues should follow the initial reporting boundary on the Security page.
