Keep every company request tied to its case.

Prepare, review, and track authorized law-enforcement requests in a controlled FireIntel workspace, with the company destination and supporting documents kept together.

LERS connects request preparation, human review, company handoff, and case tracking. It is an independent FireIntel workflow; a directory entry or logo does not imply a company partnership or a working connection.

At a glance

  • Case context and documents in one workspace
  • User-reviewed AI drafting and human review
  • Configured handoff with case tracking

Prepare a request with the right context

Browse the organization directory and its linked official guidance, choose the request type, and keep case details, relevant identifiers, scope, and supporting documents together. Structured preparation supports preservation, disclosure, and emergency request workflows within the user’s authorized scope.

Private case records retain attachments and activity history so a reviewer can understand the request without reconstructing it from separate messages. Request letters, copy-ready fields, and structured exports support the next handoff.

  • Organization directory and official guidance links.
  • Structured case details, identifiers, and request scope.
  • Supporting documents and a reviewable activity history.

Use optional AI drafting without delegating the decision

Optional AI assistance helps draft or refine a request summary from the details the user chooses to provide. The user reviews the proposed wording before accepting it into the request.

AI does not validate legal authority, approve a request, or submit it autonomously. Human review remains separate from summary drafting, and the responsible organization decides whether the request is appropriate and complete.

Handoff through a configured company destination

Administrators configure company destinations and delivery channels before an approved request can be handed off. Depending on that setup, LERS can use a configured company inbox, email channel, or manual portal handoff. Company inboxes can support acknowledgements, clarification messages, and record exchange for assigned responders.

Portal requests are not submitted automatically. An email provider accepting a message does not prove the company received or acted on it. LERS does not guarantee company acceptance, legal sufficiency, disclosure, or a response time.

Control access separately from the public website

LERS is available inside the authenticated XTI workspace when the module is enabled and an administrator grants the individual account access. Per-account grants and server-side controls govern use; visiting this public page does not provide access to company requests or case records.

A walkthrough can establish which request workflows, company destinations, reviewer roles, and document-handling requirements are relevant to your team before access is configured.
