Readable evidence helps an analyst understand a record before sharing it, exporting it, or using it to support a security decision.
At a glance
- Readable, structured evidence
- Record-specific export controls
- More reliable analyst review
Preserve the shape of the source record
External intelligence records can contain nested folders, multiple files, metadata, and long unstructured values. FireIntel’s dedicated record drawer is designed to expose that hierarchy as a navigable tree while keeping the selected item in view.
The aim is accurate inspection, not decorative formatting. Prettified views organize available fields, preserve meaningful line breaks, and make structured values easier to scan without silently changing the underlying evidence.
- Navigate nested folders and records as a tree.
- Read supported text and structured content in a consistent viewer.
- Retain access to raw context when presentation could affect meaning.
Put the sensitive action in the right place
A complete log archive is materially different from viewing an individual file or exporting a general intelligence list. FireIntel shows the full-log ZIP option only for qualifying leak and stealer-log records.
Other result types do not display that action. This reduces ambiguity and keeps the most sensitive export tied to the record category that actually supports it.
Support careful analyst review
A prettified file view should clarify the data, not embellish it. Labels, whitespace, wrapping, and field grouping can improve scanning while provenance and source context remain available for validation.
Access and export policy should be configured for the organization’s deployment scope. Analysts remain responsible for handling sensitive evidence according to applicable policy and authority.
